| The Assignment Director
|
|
|
The Assignment Director is an experienced professional: He/She has a number of years of experience in project management, mainly in the field of auditing and/or management control.
He/She decides which specific orientation should be given to each assignment, determines the research approach and makes sure that the team members assigned to the project have all the tools and the information necessary to complete the assignment under the best conditions.
He/She supervises a number of projects in strict collaboration with the individual Project manager. He/She is the main contact for our customers Project Manager.

| The Recovery Agent:
|
|
|
| The Recovery Agent helps in the detection and the confirmation of overpayments. He/She takes care of the actual recovery of the sums involved. He/She works in close collaboration with the Project Manager in order to constantly improve our techniques and methods. |

| The Project Manager:
|
|
|
The Project Manager handles usually one or two assignments. He/She supervises the work of the Recovery Agents on a day to day basis. He/She implements the strategy decided with the Assignment Manager for the audit.
He/She is the main link between the client, the management of CASHTRACK and his colleagues in the field.
He/She is a real team leader: He/She is used to manage people who work in the field. He/She is constantly looking for ways of improving our performance.
